Every new family receives a 1-on-1 free trial session with no payment details required upfront. This trial evaluates the student's level and matches them with the right teacher.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed monthly with pay-as-you-go or recurring options. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time with zero penalty fee by contacting support 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle. If you are unsatisfied after your first paid month, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

3. Safeguarding & Parent Sit-In Policy

We maintain strict child protection standards: all teachers undergo DBS checks (UK) or international police background checks. Parents are welcome and encouraged to sit in on any class at any time.

4. Rescheduling Lessons

Lessons can be rescheduled up to 4 hours before class start time through the student dashboard or by notifying your assigned teacher.
